This year has been one of many twists and turns, up and down in some uncharted territory. As each door closed and pretty much hit us in the face as it did, another opened, but not what we were hoping for. The entertainment business and ministry can be difficult just on their own, but mix them together in outreach and it can get really complicated, quickly. Folks have their own opinions about ministry, but adding entertainment to it, and some just freak out.

Through it all, we were able to complete our five concerts in May, starting out from Los Angeles, California and ending up in Aiken, South Carolina, all with very little money. The Lord made a way. We lost our truck after we arrived in SC and are considering selling our trailer so we can open an outreach hub in Sarasota, FL. We need a base and it will be great to have a place to operate out of instead of being 100% on the road, like we have been for the last 5.5 years. In the last three and a half years alone, we’ve driven over 80,000 miles.
In this transition, we know the Lord has something greater for us, as we regroup to continue the tour, go forward in producing the Sentenced To Death, Destined For Life Movie, getting into a recording studio with my music, and writing a new book, among other projects. I wrote two new songs over the last five weeks, so I am working on recording them and adding to my YouTube collection of videos.
It would be easy to offer excuses because of where we seem to be at the moment, with very little, however, the Lord continues to bless us. We have a place to stay, food to eat, and some wonderful friends around. I’ve been taking advantage of the time off to get some things completed that I haven’t been able to do on the road.
I hope to see you soon on the road again, as we get back on tour and perhaps into some public speaking. There’s lots to build and do in the Lord’s Kingdom. If you are able to help, please do so.
